Just had my first order through Coral Theory and am very impressed with the customer service they provided. Great communication every step of the order. I live in the mountains so shipping can be a bit tricky for weather in the winter. They were very flexible with the ship date and great communication to get that worked out. And the follow up was amazing. Two follow up emails to make sure I was 200% satisfied with the coral.
On to the coral-very nice and all very good condition. Most were bigger than quoted, ie ordered a 3 head frag of the Rockstar Blasto and got a 6 head. And it is gorgeous. One of my favorites now! All were open and feeding fairly soon after acclimating. It's been a little over a week and all are coloring up nicely.
I would definately recommend working with Coral Theory.
