Is this coraline algae that is starting to grow? Had my tank going for about two months now.

First of all, welcome to Reef2Reef!

Hard to tell from the picture but do they look smooth or fuzzy? If it’s smooth, probably coralline algae. If they’re fuzzy looking, probably formaniferans.
