Corals brown and not growing much

Hello
I have many sps corals like montipora and acropora, they are brown.
I bought them with color but they lost most of it and turn brown and they don't grow much after months.
I run kessil 350w full intensity and have perfect water parameters.

Please help
 
post parameters, pic of tank, par numbers, what do you feed, how many fish, ph numbers, light times. then we will go for there.
