I’m 95% sure it’s a psuedocorynactis or ‘ball anemone’. They’re not pests like aiptasia, but they can sting other corals. Personally, I think they’re cool and leave them be, but it’s your tank, so it’s up to you.Here let’s see if these are better. ( also yes I have hair algae right now - tank just finished cycling)

You didn’t read my statements. I would get rid of the ball anemones. In my experience they can reproduce like crazy and they will kill off some of your CUCPerfect thanks both! So since you have them in your tank, I’m going to say that they’re safe. Thanks for all the help!
