I wanted to share my experience with Corals4U. I’ve purchased coral frags from them twice and both times have had no issues. I placed an order a couple weeks ago when my weather was pretty cold and they arrived at my UPS store by 9:30am the next day packed in double aired bags with a heat pack, no issues. One of the frags had some peeling and with proper email communication along with photos they said they’d replace it for me on my next order, no questions asked. Communication was great. All my questions were answered fast. Not sure why some people have had issues other than maybe trying to reach out to them on social channels rather than email, but I’ve experienced nothing but good customer support.
