Credit where credit is due....
I've been out of the hobby for about a decade now but recently my wife and I jumped back in with both feet by setting up a new 140 FOWLR tank and opted for some nice new fancy equipment. Shiny new skimmer, wave pumps, DC pumps ATO etc. and the new technology now days is pretty awesome. One thing I purchased was the CoralVue Hydros Wave Engine. It sat in the box for a week or so before I finally got to it and when I got it installed, everything plugged in and ready to go well darn thing just wouldn't cooperate. It wouldn't transmit it's own WiFi signal for more than a few seconds and then shut it off before we could log into it. We tried over and over again to no avail, even had my tech-savvy son try still no luck. Contacted CoralVue and they got back to me ASAP and we tried several different things, again all to no avail. One thing it was doing that baffled them was the lights were what they call "Breathing Blue", the LED lights slowly illuminated and then dimmed blue. Carlos said that was old firmware and it shouldn't be doing that. So they promptly sent me a brand new one. It too did the same thing, tried all the tricks and still nothing, so, they sent me another one and even paid for overnight and Saturday delivery. Bam, this baby works!!

I am now able to control all my pumps, program them for Day, Night, feeding time etc. It works like a charm and I love it! So I have to hand it to @Carlos@CoralVue and @Jeff@CoralVue as they went above and beyond getting me taken care of. I'm pretty sure at some point they were thinking "This guy is a tool and probably can't operate a light bulb" but they kept trying until they got it right and that is Customer Service. Though I may have been a little frustrated at first they have more than alleviated that frustration and their exceptional Customer Service has more than kept me as a customer. My hat is off to you guys Carlos and Jeff-Thank You!!
