Okay I have a corkscrew nem that was doing well in a smaller 10 gallon aquarium. My corals seemed too start declining slowly. So I put everything in my main tank. The corkscrew nem has crawled under a rock headfirst. Been this way for 2days now. Not sure if I should be concerned.

This can be typical behavior for some anems, I probably wouldn't worry about it unless it lasts for a couple more days

Meant too add pic. Probably a little less light because its under a rock. Flow would be similar

Thats its foot up and its tentacles are in a little cave. I will give it a little time. It was strange kinda because crawled too the rock and headed under

You could always try to take its head out of the cave.. just try not to harass it in the process

I had actually grabbed it gently by its skirt but he had grabbed on so hard ( with his tentacles?) that I was not able too pull him out. So thanks for letting me know thats not completely out of ordinary behavior for them. I was happy too wake up too my clown back in him tentacles up.
