Cleaned my aquriam today, dipped my corals and snails, it was an half clean so cleaned glass, filters etc but this purple spot did not move after scrubbing with my toothbrush , I scrubbed my filter pipe also but these green patches remain... Could it be.. corraline or something worst
Thanks

Red patch could be a variety of benign/beneficial red encrusting macroalgae, like coralline, Peyssonnelia, or Hildenbrandia.
Green patches are "green coralline" which often encrusts surfaces before pink and purple coralline establish themselves. It is also benign.

Lithothamnion is a genus in the order Corallinales, thus all species in Lithothamnion are species of coralline algae.
