I have no idea.

It could be called 5-6 different names depending on where in the country you are or who you got it from. Each one will look slightly different because of differences on lighting.

As Pntbill687 said, a favia and could have a whole bunch of names. Go to your favorite online coral store and look in the favia section, you may see one. WWC has a large selection.

Looks like a WWC Ultron Favia to me. If it's a decent price, that's a STEAL to get at a LFS!
