Got a Canon 7D camera a couple of weeks ago. Had my first chance last night to do some serious coral photography. This camera is a major step up from my 20D bodies. Big difference in image quality. SaraB's fish tonight, if she gets the acrylic cleaned. ;)

Nice! I've had my eye on this camera for some time... maybe one day!

Please post when you get around to using the HD video, I'm interested in seeing how well it works.

Thanks. Pleased with the camera so far.

Brett, I'll be happy to post if/when I try the video feature. But don't hold your breath. Very low on my interest list. If you search for 7D video, you'll find some impressive stuff. It appears to work and work well. I just don't care much.

Wow Gary! That is good stuff as always. I think the wife will get an upgrade to a 7D this year (well next year) to the 7D as well. Currently she is also shooting a 20D, and it is quite the camera, but ready for an upgrade. :D :D :D

I really like the color on the Zoa pic, it really POPS!!

Gary, one day I will have to bribe you with corals to teach me to shoot fish like you do! That pic is so insanely sharp with crazy bokeh... just awesome!

Wow!!! Gary you have really done well with that 7D! Do you feel the AF is a HUGE upgrade to the 20D?
