Cover for auto feeder from cat

Does an item exist that I could attach to the rim of my tank to cover an auto feeder and at least not make it easy for a cat to swipe at it? Also to get ahead of what I assume will be asked, there’s no way around the auto feeder due to medical issues taking me away for days/weeks at a time.
