Im planning to get an AIO aquarium and there is this one problem that is the skimmer sticks out on top, visible to everyone seeing it and im planning to keep it in the living room but it wouldn't look nice
I saw the red sea aquarium has a nice covering for the whole elevated area but any other way i can add something to cover it?

It varies depending on the brand and model tank. Some third party companies make filtration area covers, but not for every tank.

Are you looking for a nice AIO? Seems like someone would have an option to keep everything concealed. If the AIO that you want has no skimmer that comes with it, you could explore a Tunze DOC 9004. That just sinks down into a corner of the tank and blends in.

The skimmer does come with it but the head just pops out, making it look not nice
The skimmer is in the rear sump
