Sorry for the quality. Found him a month ago in my Birdsnest. Just been too lazy to do anything about it. Crabs her to freak me out. Please let me know if I should get rid of him. Thanks Rich

Hard to tell with the pic but are the legs hairy? If so it is probably a gorilla crab and is bad. If there is no hair then it might be a acro crab or pocillopora crab which are great, but I'm not thinking that's the case here
 
Google Tetralia cymodoce and Trapezia serenei.

If in doubt, that is probably the best move. Especially if you don't have a sump.
 
A small, unidentified crab living in a healthy birdsnest? What a shame. Likely a Trapezia of some sort.
