thanks but thats a emerald crab... i looked on that website yesterday and didnt see any that really looked like him thats why i figured i would give r2r a shot at it!

Actually his crab is not an emerald crab. I believe your crab is either a type of mithrax or xanthidae.

That's one of the things I miss about having a mantis shrimp. I would always toss things in like that to my peacock, free food and entertainment.
