Crab ID

Been trying to get a decent photo of this crab for a while and finally got one. Have never seen it pick at and coral and came in on some Florida gulf live rock.

Red emerald crab/red mithrax crab. Reef safe with caution but otherwise completely harmless.

Thanks will keep and eye out, but most I have watched it eat is algae or stuff on the rocks.

Good question. Picked it up at the LFS the color is from full lights. It’s really a greenish with blue tips. Will try and get a better picture but it’s only been in the tank 2 days so still a little upset.
