Getting ready to start a 2nd tank - 7g AIO, primarily be for inverts, with perhaps one fish in the distant future.
Have rinsed special grade sand (dead), a ~5lb dead rock arch (dead), and ~1-2lb mature rock (coraline, bit of GSP).
I am hoping to support at least one hermit crab and an emerald crab early on.
I have microbacter7. Should I add mb7 along with the rock? Should I add something additional for nitrifying bacteria (Dr Tim's, Fritz, etc) or adding initial ammonia?
Would a single hermit crab and adding some marine pellet be a reasonable initial bioload to get bacteria populations started?
We have a noopsyche mini light which I expect should be run at very low power (10%?) for at least the first few weeks.

Yes, you can do everything you said. If you wanna be safe, before you add the crab, make sure your tank bio filter can process ammonia down to zero within 24 hours after a dose of liquid ammonia, then you should be good to go.
