So I was trying to move my 125 over and put my 240 in its place. I’m moving it by my self. I had it on an angle and I thought it was gonna hold it’s self. Seemed fine but as soon as I walked away it fell and hit my other tank and stand. Other tank is fine. Cracked my 125. I have tank sump stand overflow box and pump I was gonna sell on Facebook as a combo. Well now that’s out of the picture there’s 2 things I have a question about.

should I try and find a cheap 125 tank on Facebook and sell everything as a hole or should I just sell all the stuff separate?

Also are cracked tanks worth anything? Maybe $25 or $50??? Not sure. Or should I just post it as free on Facebook. Entire back pane is shot

Take it to the end of your driveway, someone will take it, whether garbage man or regular person

I'm not sure it would even be a good reptile tank, unless the new owner can silicone in some glass or acrylic to keep it from breaking all the way.
Good luck finding someone to take it.
It took months before I found someone to take away my 240 that was leaking.

list it for free, but no one will probably take it. I usually post stuff for free and junk it on bulk day
Sell the rest of the stuff separately. Much easier

Probably worth as much as a chocolate fire guard
Get intouch with a local tank maker and ask if they refurbish cracked tanks. They might take the whole setup to sell on.

Depending on the price of new tanks/class in your area, you could try to replace the broken panel? I hear it's not a super hard process. A fun summer project.

IME cracked tanks are not worth much, if anything. You could give it away as terrarium with curb pickup, usually those go fast and you don't have to talk to anyone.
