My 15 gallon aio ATE a whole peppermint shrimp last night. Should I be concerned? As of this morning my nitrates are still super low less than 10. What are your recommendations?

Shrimp and inverts alike don't release that much ammonia after death unlike fish and coral. I wouldn't intervene or try and do or change anything unless absolutely necessary. Just keep track of your params and it should be perfectly okay.

Quite the luxurious meal for my fish😭
