I have a red Rhodactis shroom that had this baby that turned bounce - then split into two! Anyone ever seen these and if so, is there some specific name or price point?

It's definitely not unheard of for mushrooms to bounce a generation or more into aquarium life. You look like you have a beautiful couple mushrooms there. Maybe worth pulling one onto a tile and continually cutting babies from the foot when it stretches, then it and see what they become.
