Critter ID - worms?

Tried to clean what I thought was diatom algae from the sand, but it looks like it may be a worm. This little critter has a bunch of tubes poking out of the sand. Help please!

Look like spaghetti worms they are harmless. A sand sifting gobie will enjoy them
