I think the OP talking about the red circle/spot but yes spirorbids are there. The red spot may be coraline or a sponge of some type, hard to tell by the pic.

Yup I think that's it mine looks a little darker tho I don't think anyone else was seeing it cause it's kind of dark thankyou

Should have said they are a great hitchhiker, might very slowly spread but won't take over. They won't hurt the clam at all and are just an interesting addition to be enjoyed.
