CUC dying

Quick question, for some reason my CUC end up dead. They end up In the corner. My numbers all test good except I feel my salinity is high at 1.033. Fish are fine. I drip acclimate for about 45 min to an hour.

Same thing happened to me once. Fish lived.

Ya that's a low salinity.
What are you using to test salinity? What salt are you using?

Low salt level means low levels for everything else.
Higher salt content will help keep the other elements in check and at higher levels.

No it’s really high. 1.023-1.025 is good. He has 1.033

Ahhh ok ty for bringing that to my attention. Take water out by the large cup size and replace with RODI fw until the 1.023-1.026

No it’s really high. 1.023-1.025 is good. He has 1.033

Thank you! I am now at 1.027 bringing it down slowly, not adding any CUC until down to 1.025.
