CUC Mortality

First time poster. New tank, Fluval Evo 13.5. CUC was added 2 Weeks ago. Lost 1 snail and 1 hermit during Week 2. Is this halfway normal?

4 snails 3 hermits (1 red leg). Also have 2 clowns, 1 firefish, 1 blue cleaner goby. Tank is 5 weeks old. Feed frozen every 3 days. Pellets other days. Try to not overfeed. Not great pics but a few recents.

Tank looks super cloudy. Are you using mechanical filtration? Filter sock, fliter floss or roller mat?

I had moved some rock around trying to get it scapes the way I wanted. Generally it’s very clear.
