I like the filter socks. They are definitely working, because they already look disgusting. Tried soaking in bleach, but they are still brown.

Run your filter socks through your washing machine with just water and bleach. That will get them clean. I usually then run another cycle with just water to get all the bleach out. I have about 8 of them and just wash them once they are all dirty. Build is looking real good. Did you guys ever decide on a wrasse to add.

Qt'ing all fish, with tank transfer, that enter DT in attempt to have an ich free system for an achilles.

Achilles in, I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Also a powder blue.

I know that these fish aren't supposed to like each other. A friend qt'd these tangs for me with tank transfer method, and the tanks were set up side by side. It really seemed to help because these two are always swimming by each other. Friend also got the achilles readily eating all prepared foods. I know that achilles are hard to keep, but I really hope this all works. Definitely my favorite fish.

The sump was made by Bill Brown at custom reef creations. It's quality stuff and he can make them with different colored acrylic as well.

Not yet. Just drilled and installed the overflow. I'll post some pics up on OK RC. I still have to build the room it's going into. :)
