Are you talking about here at R2R? Because if you are that is 100% false.
No, not 100% false, it happened. I still have the PMs with you. It's not a big deal. I completely understand the need and know how much work you do here and respect that.

Any idea what size bulkhead to get for the main drain? I have this gut feeling mine is about to break any day now. The 2 other pipes - return and emergency both broke on me out of nowhere. the emergency broke when I simply brushed up against it while changing the filter sock and water came gushing down. So I could use new parts for that as well. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
The main drain is 40mm, so you would need a bulkhead that is the same diameter because of the drilled hole for the return. I don't know if CoralVue has those or not. BRS also carries these different diameter items so you may want to give them a look. Hope this helps.

What PM's the ones where I told you that you can leave feedback in the feedback forum? I have NEVER told anyone that can't post feedback in the vendor feedback forum. Matter of fact I have encouraged even bad feedback to protect our users. Thank you.

I took a look and I sent one PM to you and it was this:

Hello,

I just wanted to invite you to post your own feedback thread. We're not trying to cover for anyone and a matter of fact we encourage you to leave feedback of your own.

Thank you.

The owners at Cadlights are horrible people to work with. I just finished a dispute through Paypal where they tried to convince me that the 150g tank they shipped me was 165g. The physical dimensions are a pretty good test for this theory. I had to get a third party appraisal to prove it was only a 150g. Unfortunately, Paypal only protects you if you ship the complete item back to them. Which unfortunately, the $350 freight cost is at your expense. I was told that the old 150g they use to sell cost the same to them as the 165g and they must have shipped me the wrong one. But since their cost was the same there wasn't anything they would do. The components they provide are low quality. They claim to use Sapphire glass and it isn't. The plumbing is too soft and the threads strip on the bulk heads. They have pictures of the return pump that aren't the actual pump. The dimensions of the sump and ATO calculate at a lower volume vs advertised. It took 3 months to get resolution. They dont return phone calls or emails to support. If it wasn't for them ignoring Paypal's emails, which all i wanted was to ship the low quality components back for a refund and the difference between their direct price and one of their retailers to cover the difference in size, I likely would not have won the dispute without being out the cost of shipping.

Some things never change I guess. Sorry for your troubles. Did you pay by CC. Wouldn't they have more leverage then PayPal? That is the one thing about PayPal I don't like. They make you pay to ship back. I hate ripoffs and lucky that wasn't me because I would've driven it back then headed south to MACNA in San Diego wearing a t-shirt that says "Don't Buy Cadlights"
