I sent you emails on 4/30, 5/9, and 5/15 without a response. There were also pms here on Reef2Reef and messages on your personal phone and store phone over the last month. I was polite and clear in my messages and emails. Could you please resolve our issue in a reasonable amount of time?

I just checked my phone, emails and pms. The last time I talked to you was April 11 on the phone for 20min. The issue we discussed was not resolved by you after we agreed on a solution. I really don't want to have to contact you multiple times. Its not my style to do this plus it takes up a lot of my time. I don't know what else to do but post here publicly. I hope that this will accomplish more than the private unanswered messages.

Kris, I just checked all AAF emails again and have not been able to find any emails from you on those dates or any others in the past month. Are you sure you're sending to the correct address? [email protected] or [email protected] - They are both being forwarded to me and i cannot find anything from you.

Do you remember telling me a similar thing two weeks ago when he was in Toronto? And then when I spoke with him a few weeks before that he was also in Toronto. Now its Australia. I just think that your company should handle its business regardless of whether or not the owner is traveling. You have been selling your products during this time.

I will pm you the email info I have been using. He has responded to me with this email for the last 18 months and has never told me to contact him via another email. His last response was April 21. Did you tell him to contact me a few weeks ago when we went through this the first time? He never contacted me. It has just been a huge hassle for me trying to deal with this. I shouldn't have to contact him 20 times again after we talked about this and he said he would handle it on April 11.

I got the same problem ,,,,Never been resolve,, Lost a big buck on my last shipment because fedex messing up with my order....and on site state..."don't responsiblity for carrier mess up"......pm couple time but nothing happen........some people looking for long term business but some just never learn from mistake.........See the site FAQ about DOA warranty carefully before purchasing something !!!
