Has as anyone successfully cut marco rock to create a flat side? What did you use for it? Thinking of buying or renting a tool to try it out tomorrow.

I have used a masonry blade on a circular saw. You can only get 3 inch of cut or so. I cut all around and then chisel to break.

If you are making a flat side to use it as a base for a rock structure there are other ways. I used some reef cement and put it on the bottom of the rock I used for my base. I then set it down on a flat surface covered in plastic wrap. 15 minutes later it was set up and ready. Worked great.

Yes. You can use a hack saw and cut it. Pour water on it while you’re cutting. Steer straight.
