Cutting Ecotech RMS Mount clamp screw

Hi Everyone. Do anyone know what tools i can use to cut/shorten the mounting screw? The screw extra amount is blocking my lid from covering the tank correctly. Thanks in advance for any replies or help

Hack saw would work but you don’t need to cut it they made 3D printed spacers so they don’t stick out so far into the tank area
