My fellow reefers,

I was out on the flats yesterday collecting astreas and came across these guys. I remember having a costumer ask me for them a while ago but for the life of me I cannot remember who :)

What fun cephalopods!! They school in the wild. I actually across like 50 of them but did not have enough buckets to take them all safely. They ink when they are stressed, just like an octupus. I put 3 per bucket and they all made it home safely :) I have 9 in stock.

A little bit of background.. cuttle fish are curious, strong and extremely smart. Make sure you have a lid. Recommended for expert aquarists.

You do realize things have more than one name. Reef to reef these are cuttlefish. Also known as Caribbean reed squid. Had you started off that way I would have said yeah they are called that too!!! Where do you get off insulting me. Dude u dont't know me!

Cuttlefish are a type of cephalopod, related to octopuses and squid, and are known for being highly intelligent. As I said lol

Your initial flip response was not appreciated. Hence my reply. You are incorrect about what you have. Squid are not cuttlefish. They are not interchangeable. By calling and selling these as cuttlefish is 1. ignorant, 2. irresponsible and 3. misleading. Sorry that you are not aware of what you have. I suggest you research what you collect and sell. I am not being rude..Just tired of people/vendors who try to sell products with inaccurate (wrong!) info. It irks me even more when sentient creatures (cephalopods) are concerned.

These little guys are really cool. A lot of people keep them.
