How do you mean it is "not cycling"?
@brandon429 will help you here. I find it hard to believe that a 2 month old tank, would not be cycled just fine.

This tank Has to be cycled. At 2 months, you say not cycled - How have you come to that conclusion?
How are you testing?
Consider taking a water sample to an LFS and have them verify your reading?
Did you add Ammonia Chloride or bacteria at beginning of setup?

I vote people stop measuring. If it's been running 4 to 6 weeks and there was something to breakdown (dosed ammonia, a supermarket shrimp) it's ready.

No. I was about to buy some used rock fom my local fihs store.
No prob, that eliminates skip cycle by true live rock transfer
those animals and the feed they command cycle a reef tank, a set of surface area in the display, in under a month in all cases and if the system wasn’t cycled they couldn’t live, it would crash and the water would be cloudy vs clear. The system processes daily waste from multiple fish because it’s cycled. Anything a non digital test says about ammonia may or may not be true, we can search out misreads for the common kits and if it’s reading a low level degree of ammonia, that’s what aged reef tanks run at/ ammonia isn’t zero in stocked reef tanks post cycle. We no longer factor nitrite or nitrate readings in reef cycling.
the bottle bac you are using works within about ten days, it’s been pre tested in bottle bac study threads that use exact means of testing ammonia command
which part of your cycle seemed stuck

Your fish would not be alive if the tank wasn’t cycled. What is giving you the impression that it isn’t cycled?
Get some dry rock and let it sit in there for about 60-120 days and wait it out ..
Like the others mentioned brother get something to instantly cycle your tank! There is plenty on the market. Do you have a skimmer going , aeration , heater ? We know nothing about the tank but the volume capacity of the tank

If it’s giving you a low reading like 0.25ppm, you can just disregard it as a false positive. Again, your fish would be dead if it wasn’t cycled. Your tank is not mature, but it’s absolutely capable of supporting life.
Your tank is cycled due to inherent time rules already in place by updated cycling science, we didn’t need any testing from you. That kit you can see is implicated in a lot of misreads. Do a search on api accuracy see if you believe it
