I’m sure this is a tired topic, sorry. Just anxious to start using my new tank!
Looking at when I started my 12gal Evo, it took 3 weeks to fully cycle.
A year later, I bought a Waterbox 110.4 (110gal total volume with sump)
I pulled one of my mature rocks from the Evo and placed it in the sump along with a small amount of media. I dosed the proper amount of liquid ammonia and Dr Tim’s. Based on feedback I also added a small bottle of Fritz 900 about a week into this cycle. I’m at about 3.5 weeks in. Nitrites haven’t yet bottomed out. Ammonia looks to be zero. Keep waiting, or is this low enough to do a large water change and call it cycled?
