I’m sure this is a tired topic, sorry. Just anxious to start using my new tank!

Looking at when I started my 12gal Evo, it took 3 weeks to fully cycle.

A year later, I bought a Waterbox 110.4 (110gal total volume with sump)

I pulled one of my mature rocks from the Evo and placed it in the sump along with a small amount of media. I dosed the proper amount of liquid ammonia and Dr Tim’s. Based on feedback I also added a small bottle of Fritz 900 about a week into this cycle. I’m at about 3.5 weeks in. Nitrites haven’t yet bottomed out. Ammonia looks to be zero. Keep waiting, or is this low enough to do a large water change and call it cycled?

Between the live rock, cycled media, Dr Tim's (not typical fast acting) and the TurboStart (typically very fast acting), you're good to start slowly adding some hardly livestock. You can safely ignore nitrite 🙂

Good luck!
