so if i put 1 of these in that has been in the sump of my main tank for like 10 months in a nano tank lets say 13 gallons its insta cycled right?

my main tank is 94 gallons

Cycled, or very close to it, I'd say, assuming the brick was in a high-flow part of your main system.

its not in a high flow area its in a hardly any flow area in my sump xD
