Ok so, I was just wondering what the best brand for doing ammonia is... since I will start cycling in about a week. I’m using dr Tim’s nitrifying bacteria for the bacteria dosing, and the ammonium chloride, but what is the top brand for the ammonia? Thanks!!!

that AC you have is enough. add in a pinch of fish food for reasons shown by Dr Reef to the above and you w be set. takes about ten days start to finish, the directions and measured posts show.

if you have dr tims bac and his ammonium chloride plus a pinch of fish food from any brand you are set, and can't fail.

as that all stews for ten days a biofilm forms on the rocks. What your various testers read on the wastewater range person to person, that's why online cycles seem to stall for some and not others, but they're really all quite consistent, Dr Reef's bottle bac comparison thread shows for ninety pages.

just let it run two weeks and change out your cycling water for new, and it will work fine.

no arduous testing of salinity, temps, or buying multi strains that's all due to testing variance among posters

it will easily be done in two weeks. ten days if in a rush.

about 98% of all dr tims use is going into the reef right along with clowns, so you taking a couple weeks in ramp up is totally acceptable.
