I made the acclimation box out of an old bio-ball chamber that I had. It wasn't too hard to make but the cost of acrylic is pretty high these days. I noticed that you can buy them from Elite Aquatics for only $49 which is close to the cost of the plastic. The difference is that mine has the drop down door so you can also use it as a fish trap.

Social Acclimation Box

Remember that it is important to remove the Purple Tang from the tank for a couple of weeks so he is like a newby when you put him into the acclimation box. That way he isn't feeling like the king of the tank anymore.
