I've had a meteor shower cyphastrea for a few weeks. It's starting to not look the greatest. Is it an issue with light, placement? I just moved it to the sand bed as I was thinking it might be from too much light. Here are my parameters:

Tank: Fiji cube 32 gallon
Light: XR 15 pros, on AB+ setting
Placement: had placed in medium flow midway up
Alk: 8.9
Ca: 430
Mag: 1350
Salinity: 1.026
Nitrate: 2
Phosphate: .08

Is that meteor shower or is it asteroid cyphestrea? Asteroid looks like that under whites. This picture is what it looks like under blues.

If it is in fact meteor shower(the blue and pinkish one), you can grow those under next to no light. I have mine on the gravel and partially shaded by a good sized frammer. The part that does get direct light gets about 75 par and it’s growing great.

put it under a bit of an overhang for a bit until it colors back up. Then slowly move it, but keep it under 100 par or less for now.

Thanks! It supposedly is a meteor shower, at least that's what I had ordered online. I will put it in a shadier area of the tank though and see if it colors up.
