Yeah! Where are the pics.

BTW

I think you should get a calfo style overflow as well. Mine isn't coast to coast but it is much wider than most and it is awesome!

I'm still working on the new ideas you all have given me.

I have no idea where to aim the tunzes (6060 or 6080s)and what height to put them if I'm going to hide them. Any suggestions?

looks good, glad you took my advice regarding the built in tunze holes in the overflow.

if you are running a CL or even for the return i'd plumb the lower returns on the inside of the overflow box down. that way they can get behind the rock work and keep anything from accumulating back there. It would really prevent dead spots.

otherwise looks awesome

You can purchase new intake screens for your Tunzes. It's not cheap (roughly $100 for the pair), but your opening will go from 50mm to 63mm. Your flow pattern will be much wider, and aiming the Tunzes will be less critical.

Am I messing with you? No. Keeping a moray in a tank that size in inhumane.

:hammer:

I forgot to add. The new larger intake screens are designed for the Tunze 6200. They are compatible with all Streams.

what's been going on in my life (tank update)

AEFW was the straw that broke the camel's back and gave me an excuse to start the new build. AEFW discovered July 1st 2008.

Old setup with ghetto QT system on the right. 2 rk2 bins are behind the photographer.

(aforementioned bins)Still can't believe my wife let me keep all this stuff in the livingroom.

Kinda goofed on my flow calculations. Too much flow in the fuge area? No problemo.
