Damage spot or critter on torch?

What is this on tip of torch tentacle? At first glance I thought it may be a flatworm but looking closer it almost looks like damage mark? Only spot on the whole thing. New coral, About a week or so. Dipped in coral rx then iodine based reef dip before adding to the system.

Hard to tell I don’t think it’s a red planeria bug but maybe idk. Could just be a part that rubbed on soemthing and got injured. If whole torch looks good and polyps and flesh good then it’s fine
 
Normal, no big issue. Tentacles sometimes can break but replenish quickly
