Does this look like something harmed my anemone? It looks to me like it has a hole at the base of a tentacle and some of the filament has popped out. What could have done this? I have a porcelain crab hosted to this nem...

Its been injured by something.I don't know anything about that species of crab but I'd keep an eye on it and make sure its not picking at the nem. Luckily bta's are very hardy and it should heal up pretty quick or it may even split and give you two if your water parameters are in check.
