Hello! I’m new to both marine fish keeping and the forum :) I was just rearranging some of my corals today, as I learned more about flow/lighting requirements. While removing my frogspawn I must have damaged some of the tentacles as a good number came off…. Will it be okay? Also I have the stock lights in the Fluval Evo and was just wondering how many hours I should keep the white vs blue light on in the the day. Thanks!

It looks healthy to me, mine have always been resilient, should be fine . Typically blues on for 12 hours and whites on for 6-8 hours.
Glad to hear, some spots look small and brown now so I'm guessing thats where its damaged. Also should I do shorter light times in the tank when theres fish in it so they can sleep? Sorry if thats a silly question haha

Generally anywhere 8-12 hours is fine for light cycle for coral or fish.

With the light schedule I listed it provides 12 hours lights out, plenty of sleep time. The fish in your tank will be accustomed to the schedule. My royal gramma and wrasse disappear at least an hour before lights out to there sleeping spots.

I agree with everything said so far, but I'd do a 12 hour light cycle with the stock light on the Fluval, since it isn't super strong. It should be fine for the LPS you have, but I'd keep an eye on the torch and move it up if needed.

if the tentacles are coming off you sure it has not got brown jelly? some of the tentacles look really discoloured compared to other half
