A good (rough) rule of thumb for stocking a saltwater tank is one small fish per 5 gallons of water. Definitely shouldn't be offering a tank of twice that stocking as an example for a newbie. A 10gal should generally have two small fish in it, maybe three if one of them is a tiny fish like a trimma goby. Congrats on things not dying yet.

Shrimp don't notably contribute to bioload, but they DO often compete for space, so I'm shocked your cleaners haven't gone after each other or the other shrimp. Blood cleaners in particular will kill smaller shrimp. I guess they've managed to stay out of each others' way.

Fish don't kill for sport. They act on instinct, on programming. It's not malice, they don't understand what they're doing.

You can look up sixline wrasse aggression. They behave for some people, but other people have them kill things. It's not a good idea to put one in a 10gal with any other fish. Or maybe in a 10gal, period, they're a bit active for it. For that matter, so is a mandarin.
