Dark colored bubbles

anyone know what these black or dark colored bubbles are? they are not like air bubbles but more look like a solid but wanted to know if they are bad and should i take them out? I think they are bad since the torch they seem to be attached to looks like the stem has eroded or eaten away if these things did it.
could be just a coincidence also, sorry for the deep blue as i took them late at night and the tank was ramping down the lights

If you are patient you can wiggle them till they break off from their attachment, but turn off your pumps before in case one pops. The easiest way is to pull the frag or rock if you can of course so that you can get up close and personal with the process. It is just something you will have to do to keep them in check.
