Dead Turbo Snails

I keep finding empty Turdo Snail shells.
The tank is a mess with what appears to be snail meat.
I have a yellow Cucumber and a Hairy crab somewhere.
I know the crab can be the offender, but the snail shells show up empty every day.
Do sea cucumbers eat snail?

Most likely the crab.. if you see them in the sand flipped over you gotta help them out! They can’t flip themselves back over and will die also.

No, sea cucumbers aren't predatory at all, and they're not going to eat a snail out of its shell even if it's dead - so, unless the snail meat is in chunks mixed in with the sand, the sea cucumber isn't going to be eating snail meat.
