Does this mean my carpet is dying?
What's going on here, looks like it's inside out.....

Yeah not a good sign, but still has color which is good. How long have you had it? And water chemistry? What kinda lights?

Have a Kessil light at about half color and half intensity

There's no telling what it could be. I'd say you've got around a 50/50 shot st best. I've had them come back from that, but lost them as well. In my experience, the trick to Haddoni is a VERY seriously slow drip acclimating, 12hrs or more. They just won't tolerate any rapid changes in their water chemistry and often die a slow death after that initial shock. This is why they don't generally ship too well.
Wish I was more helpful/optimistic , but a sick/stressed carpet... there just isn't anything to do but wait and see. I strongly advise against trying to medicate or move to quarantine. It would only shock it further.

Hi there,

I do not have much experience with that species of anemone. However I have been through rough patches in the past with a almost dead bubble tip that presented in similar fashion. My recommendation would be to not feed it or attempt anything right now. Just observe on a morning/night basis. If you notice it getting smaller or looking worse then by all means setup a hospital tank and try a treatment with cipro. A excellent how to on this forum is right here and saved many anemones including mine.
