Dealing with the public for Pictures

I had a photo session that I was paid to do today and here is one of thefinal images.

I send the person the picture and I go from there. However, they arent happy. So what do I do, I go back into photoshop Cs5 and I edit the image. This is what I come up with that the buyer liked:

I agreed to have this one printed for the buyer, and Im so confused.

Which image do you like better? First or second?

If they are paying, they will probably want them touched up a bit, similar to the second one. My neighbor runs her own photography business full time, and spends countless hours editing and touching up all the pics she takes. After a three hour wedding, she probably spends 20-30 hours editing and touching them up before sending off to the printer.

If you can touch up the first just a tad, I think it would look better. The second one looks good, but a bit blurry from the changes.

In the second one her shirt makes my go crossed.:bigsmile: I think somewhere in the middle would be perfect.
