Debris in water??

Never seen this before and I've had saltwater tanks for some time.

There is random debris in the water, it's very light almost like it's part of the water. I turned the filter off to feed the corals qnd I noticed that the debris is stagnet.

200G cube, FX4 and FX6 canister filters with a uv light.

Any thoughts?
