So after some discussion with Bob, we have come up with a demonstration for the meeting. Outside of water, salt, and the needed chemicals, food for the fish is a necessity for the tank. Some store bought foods are great, but they are not always the best. We are going to demonstrate how to take ordinary items from the local Asian market and make fish food that your fish will love!

We have the majority of the ingredients, but if people would like to bring some additional items we can make a much larger batch and expand the mixture a bit. Here is what we could use:

- Mysis Shrimp - Flat, not cubes
- Krill - Flat
- Shrimp - Uncooked
- Vitamins - Selcon, Vitachem, etc
- Coral food - Cyclopeeze, Reef Roids, Reef Chili, etc
- Phyto/Rotifers - Frozen
- Seafood Mix - Asian Market, try avoid the stuff with too much of that fake crab meat
- Frozen Squid, Scallops, Octopus Babies, etc - Asian Market
- Nori or other seaweed - Dried is better than roasted

Possibly other stuff will work too, just ask and I can tell you if it will work or not. Samples of the food will be given to all who attend. Those that contribute can get more than the smaller sample.

The mix will be documented with pictures and a detailed write-up after the meeting if you are unable to attend, however attendance is the only way to get the sample flats of the food to try out on your tank.
