Defer question

I have a remote fuge. I have a separate pump that feeds it. I have 2 optical switches to deter the fuges over flowing If the return line backs up. This is the code I have on the pump now. Can someone show me how when the switch is activated how to defer the pump off for 5 mins before turning on agian?

This is the code I have for my skimmer. I have two float switch in my sump that turn off my skimmer and filter floss roller if my return pump is turned off and the water level rises. It waits for 10 seconds after the water returns to normal before starting them.

If Output _Sump_Waste = ON Then OFF
Defer 000:10 Then ON
