So I was dumping the water collected from the dehumidifier (normally it goes down the drain or plants get watered with it). Is it safe to top off the tank with? Ive never done a water chem test on it. Its just the water being sucked out of the air and Im sure some of that is evaporation from the tank. Whats your thoughts on it?

From what I've read/heard, the water in a dehumidifier gets processed over copper coils in the unit therefore you don't want this water in your tank if you have corals.
