Deltec 1000i / xi

Anyone running this skimmer? In the market for a new one and have read many good reviews on deltec.
any input?

I'll bump this for someone with experience. I will say that I've heard nothing but good things about these.

Im also thinking about buying a varios skimmer pump and using that as a replacement for my vertex alpha. The only reason it seems to be underskimming is the pump. Thoughts?
